WLI*RESERVATIONREWARDS.com Misinformed Ripoff Shelton Connecticut

On 4/27/2006 I noticed a transaction on my credit card statement that I had never seen before. The transaction was made by WLI*RESERVATIONREWARDS.CO. I looked further back and saw that for the past 3 months I had been receiving $9.00 charges every month.

Needless to say I was confused and irate. I first contacted my credit card company, which gave me the number of Reservationrewards.com. I called RR.com and cancelled my membership. I also found out that somehow I had inadvertently signed up for RR after I had booked a reservation on Priceline.com.

I vaguely remember a page coming up displaying a $10.00 discount on my next purchase (or something to this effect). I DO NOT remember reading anywhere about a $9.00 per month charge!!! When I asked the customer service representative at RR for the website where I signed up, he could not give it to me, but did assure me he would mail me information that exactly depicts the website.

In the end, the representative agreed to reimburse the past 3 months charges to me. I haven't decided yet if I'm going to stop using Priceline.com, but they will be hearing from me.
