Wli.reservationrewards.com, webloyaty.com Small amount of rip-off goes unnoticed, $9.00 a month of over a year, thought it was a service charge from my new bank takeover Shelton Connecticut

I just recently noticed a $9.00 charge to my personnel checking account and questioned it. My bank was merged with another and all the charges had changed,I never noticed,such a small amount.I thought it was their new service charge.

When I went to the Bank, they looked up the activity and found that it was this company, wli.reservationrewards, and they have taken a total of $117.00 to date. All without my kmowledge or permission.

I contacted the company and they stated that it was a misunderstanding.I was told they would return the money. I doubtit.

I think I have found where the leak of information came from and have contacted them for help also.
I don't know what help the my bank will do to help as this rippoff took place for over a year.
