Wolf&Goat Company Troy Chambers Jesse Hathaway Product never received New York New York

Be careful when ordering from Wolf&Goat. My boyfriend order 3 statues and 3 patuas over 4 plus years ago. He only received one statue, then for years got the run around about the other 2 until we finally just asked for a refund because Troy just didn't want to do them. It was upsetting and frustrating watching other statues that were ordered after keep going out, and other products/ oils going out with happy customer's.

The refund did not include the 3 patuas because we were promised those were being mailed out asap... 3 times we were told this. I didn't want to post a bad review because they are very nice people, however, it seems they don't treat customers fairly which is not right when running a business. Please don't let them give you the run around if this is happening to you, unless they are only doing this to my boyfriend, which would be horrible.

Always go through someone like PayPal and officially request a refund through something like them where they can help fight. Request it before the 30-90 days is up. Don't let Troy or Jesse make false promises and sweet talk you when you paid for something and are a loyal friend and customer like my boyfriend. It is sad to see this from a small business, who has such a good following, to do this to someone. This is not a lie ask them yourselves. Do not trust anyone!
