Woman Designer Clothes.com Unusual Internet Retail Scam! San Diego Internet

I ordered 4 pair of jeans totaling well over $500 from the website mentioned. He did not have the mercandise I ordered, so in turn send me similar items (absurd!) The idea is to send me something so that he could scam me during the return process. When I received the merchandise I returned them explaining that these were not the jeans I orderd and that if he did not have them, that I would like a full refund. I returned them using delivery confirmation, (not signature confirmation), which allowed him to say her never received them. Had I used "Signature Confirmation" he would have had to sign for the package.

I flew all the way to San Diego, CA from New York, all in one day (I am a teacher could not take days off) He did not show up for court. Judge heard my case. Judgement was in my favor. It's been a year and he has not paid me.
