Wondair*Vital Skin Care Eug*Ultra eye Ordered SAMPLES and paid shipping, then 14 days later I got 2 charges $89.97 and the next day $85.97. Nothing was ever mentioned about charging full price for an order. I do not want this stuff. This is truly FRAUD and a rip off. Nevada & CALIF

Vitier skin care and eye care samples are not just samples.  They charge you for shipping, then they bill you two weeks later for full shipments.

First you get charged on your debit or credit card, $85.97 then the next day you get charged $89.97 for a product you did not authorize.  The bank will not stop payment on them. 

This caused me overdraft charges because they just took the money without permission, and two of my checks bounced, which I have never had happen before.  Now in addition to losing $175.92 to them, I am also out $72.00 in charges. 

They should not be allowed to operate, they are rip off's and I agree I was stupid enough to fall for it, after priding myself in not being duped in the past, I was this time.  I only wanted the sample to test against another product I had purchased in the past.  It was horrible, it burnt my skin (the sample products).

What can we all do to get our money back and most importantly stop this company from doing this again?  I tried calling to "cancel" these actions, but they will not do that, so my bank has to cancel this card and issue me another card.  This is also an inconvience, most of my bills are automatically taken from this account, now I have to notify each company to tell them my account was compromised and until I get a new card, I will have to send them a money order.

This action should not be allowed by any company, and if they get caught, they should pay back and be forced out of business.
