Wonderfulbuys.com scam. I cancelled my order but they still billed my credit card. Botavia, Buffalo New York

I called and placed an order with wonderfulbuys.com. My fiance called and had found the product I ordered so I called them thirty minutes later and cancelled my order. I was very skeptical about it for good reason, so I called back three more times that day to confirm they had cancelled my order and would not bill my credit card. They assured me that it had been taken care of not to worry.

I received my credit card statement and they sure enough billed me for that order and I never received a product. I have called several times and they keep telling me it will take a couple of days. I have talked to the same lady every time and she always acts as if she doesn't know me or remember anything about the situation.

They also informed me that they do not have anything recorded saying that I had cancelled my order. What a crock!!!! I called several times because I had a feeling something like this was going to happen. Anyone out there reading this please beware of miraclebuys.com. They are a scam and ripoff business.
