Woodfield Mullers Acura Ripoff Dishonest Finance manager, denying I paid her a cash downpayment Hoffman Estates Illinois

I purchased a used car from Muller's Acura, got it financed from Honda Financial services, made a $5000 cash(paper money) downpayment. Got the contract as a receipt(signed by the finance manager).

Few days later, i get a call from the finance manager that she cannot go ahead with my loan request because I have not made a downpayment. I called them back to tell them I have all the proof. They are still calling me and harrasing me.

Can they do this. I have a signed contract that says that I paid her the downpayment and I have an approved loan agreement that says cash downpayment at two places and both have been signed by her.
