Woodforest National Bank Stole all of my money from a received wire transfer plus what was initially in my account. Fort Wayne Indiana

I dont understand how a bank like Woodforest stays in businees! this bank has horrible customer service and steals from its customers! I have my monthly pension checks deposited into this bank because it offered free or discountedfees for retired or militarymembers. My account was totally wiped out and left with a negative balance. I had a high balance in my accout then had a large wire transfer deposited  there as well. I called the same day i received confirmation that my transfer was received at Woodforest only to go there hours later to withdrawl to find out my checking account was left with a negative balance and a bogus savings account was opened to apparently use to steal my money. This happened in October of 2017 and yet after all these investigations still have not had my money returned to me. I have read so many disturbing reviews on this bank i hope some goverment agency starts to investigate their fraudulent activities. I will get whats owed to me and plus some because thay have tested my patience to the max.
