I bought a gas powered pressure washer. It arrived with a broken handle, and I contacted company immediately. WOOT responded that as this is a gas powered device they clearly stated they could not take it back.

However this broken product - arrived broken and never was taken out of package. They (WOOT) referred me to the manufacturer for warranty support. The manufacturer Blackmax tools offered to SELL me parts to repair my new unboxed device.

When I was unwilling to pay to fix my new unboxed unit, they referred me to a local lawnmower store for warranty service. Right now that is where my $250 power washer is.

I am very unhappy with WOOT for failure to deliver an unbroken product, and not standing behid the sale.

Caution - Beware - WOOT does not provide after sale support.
