They didn't waste any time taking the money from my bank account. They have my money earning interest on their behalf, but never contacted any of my creditors to negotiate a lower interest rate or payment on my behalf. Instead of saving me money, I now am further in debt, due to late fees & other fees charged by my major creditors, because I have been advised by most of them that they were never contacted by WORDEN & ASSOCIATES & they do not negotiate with 3rd party associates. I have now contacted my bank & put in a claim to block any further withdrawals. Even that will cost me money as they consider it a "stop payment" and will charge me a fee of $31.00 for processing the fraud request.
