 They are an embarrassment to robotics and the industry! As a former employee I was disgusted with the way it's operation! Joe runs out of money on monthly basis and all employees don't even know if they will be paid! He uses companies down payments to finish past payrolls and to buy equipment on late projects! What I will not stand for is i explained my health conditions to Heather (HR) and once I started my co-worker's were aware of my confidential information! The final straw was once again Joe ran out of money and this time decided to cut health insurance out of the budget without telling anyone! I have 3 young children and that is unacceptable! He even continued to deduct the 20% of the premium out of our checks! Such a scumbag! Everyone thinks they have amazing expertise yet still work for that hole in the wall! If they were so valuable wouldn't they go work for a real company!? My advice is to stay far away if you are an employee or customer!
