On July 29th, 2003, I received a call from world benefits in regards to credit a card deal that rebuilds your credit and comes with many extras.

So like an idiot, I gave them the information they needed thinking I was getting a really good offer. The supposed vacation seemed like it alone would be worth$ 299.00.

Two days later I decided I had made a bad decision and called back to cancel. The lady that I talked to said she would cancel the draft-no problem.

Almost four months later,$ 299.00 was drafted out of my account. I was not expecting it at all and the money that I had in the bank was for my electric bill. So then, very upset, I called my bank and got the phone number they had from the draft and called world benefits.

I was on hold for probably about 20 minutes only to be told I had to call another number which I called and waited another 20 minutes to get through.

The lady I spoke to told me she had no record of the cancellation and I told her " of course she wouldn't". Anyway, I did receive their useless package of junk but I sent it back because there was a letter inside that said I could recieve a full refund if I sent the package and a letter of cancellation back within 15 days. This is Nov. 23rd and I have yet to recieve my refund

There has to be something we can do if we all get together.
