We were contacted by phone by someone offering us this credit card with a 2000.00 credit limit. No annual fees, low intro rate, sounded like it was perfect, the only problem is that it doesn't exist.

Our money was taken on December 1st. With the promise that we would have the "card" in 15 days. After the 15 days flew by and hearing NOTHING. We started calling. After the first of the year, I called and was told that it was a credit limit UP TO 2000.00... depending on what the "BANK" thought you were worth.

And also It would be 15-20 Business days, not the 15 days that the lady had said on the phone the 1st time. The finial straw was when I called on Jan 5th and was told that the package was sent to Fed Ex on Dec. 30th. That it had been sitting at Fed Ex for over a week but we should get it sometime that week. He also refused to give me the tracking number.

We called back the next day and were told that it had not been sent to Fed ex. that the other person must have told us that to get us off the phone. We Were LIVID!!!! We have 3 sons, and screwing people at Christmas is just WRONG. If anyone knows a way to get a refund please respond.
