I regret having to write to you about an unpleasant experience I have had with World Education Services (WES). I prefer to contact a company only in praise of the company's actions. Unfortunately, my situation is such that it is necessary for me to forward a complaint to you.

WES requested a copy of my licenses and I sent all the photocopies of my college transcripts. My schools sent WES my official transcript almost two years ago.
I gave WES six months to conduct its investigation and it is now almost two years WES has not been able to verify my document in these days of computer age. I strongly feel I have been be misinformed. I have been duped and am asking for my fees for a job not done. I have written to WES several times but WES had the guts to send me a generic letter appologizing for their delay.

I am sanguine World Education Services did not do its work. I am asking for my $150.00 fees for services not done. It is almost two years.
