I am receiving "past due" bills for Account Assure which I never authorized to be applied to my account. I'm threatened by being reported to collection agencies and a bad credit report if I do not pay for something I never asked for and did not want and did not authorize to be added to my account. It isn't a large amount, but I refuse to pay because it was added arbitrarily to my account by this bank. I have contacted them about this but have not received a satisfactory reply.
