My name is Felex Yukhtman owner of Gun Point. We are small retail gun store base in Brenton Florida. On the 12/10/2018 our virtual credit card processing terminal was breach on the World Pay / Vantiv, breach accrued on the end, not on our end. Ones we discover the breach, with caused World Pay to withdraw thousands of dollars from our account, with was never in our account, as the fraud was in by giving illegitimate refunds to the thief’s We have contacted World Pay to address this issue.

No one in the lower level customer service would not even understand what was going on. We spend hours and days on the phone with the customer service. On one occasion we were transferred, we counted over 12 times from one customer service representative to next. After 2 weeks we finally reach Sanders, Jharen N Jharen.Sanders@worldpay.com who understood what was going on. Compromised TID was shot down. But the problem with charges continued.

At that time we was working with Malik, Muhammad O Muhammad.Malik@worldpay.com who we believe sincerely tried to help us but was not able to do so. By that time we understood that this problem will not be resolve by World Pay. We have closed out account and no longer was processing payments thru World Pay. During all this weeks of the event we have lost countless amount of funds and time.

World Pay still to this day owes us $3500 in funds. We have been working with Johnson, Marvin L Marvin.Johnson@worldpay.com who repeatedly by email promise us to resolve this matter, with he have not. Strong, Kelly B Kelly.Strong@worldpay.com who have apparently overseeing this matter, have totally neglected us. As per request of Mr. Sanders, Jharen we have set up the new account and forward the information several time to Mr. Sanders, Jharen who have stated that this will be resolved as soon as we have new bank account.

After several attempts to contact Mr. Sanders or Mr. Marvin no one have responded to us or did we ever received out funds. We are completely and totally believe that all this by WP is nothing but a ploy to simple drag this out as long as they can and not to refund us. We will no longer tolerate this! This open letter will be forward it to FL State Attorney, media outlets, Rip-Off report and our personal attorney for the legal auction. Felex Yukhtman
