macanthony realtor relentlessly pursued and persuaded us thru highly inflated rental and income figures to purchase a property in kissimmee fla. in 2006. even tho' we had walked away from our $10,000 deposit and had offered the deposit to the sales rep. to use for his own purchase.rather let him have it than the developer we thought. they had us sign with their named man. co. and this we did, wpc. we discovered that wpc, not only took rentals,for which we have never been paid, but did so without operating licences which they were paid to apply for and establish. we have lost approx. $10,000 as we have not received as yet, our requests to be paid. no-one emails, answers our calls etc. 3 days ago i e mailed to terminate our "contract" with the manager and have not had an acknowledgement.he also is manager of hoa and i cannot find out if our hoa fees have been paid from our account with wpc as he fails to reply to those e mails too.we cannot even find out who the hoa is. is anyone in orlando investigating the practices of macanthony realty/wpc?
