I hired Morgan(the owner of world rep landscaping) to do snow removal this season and it has been a nightmare to say the least. First he overcharged me, 20% more than he quoted as the max price, but he was having problems with his older truck and I felt bad so I paid him and foolishly did not inspect all my property beforehand. I thoroughly explained what to watch out for on my property before he began and in a rush he carelessly destroyed several things and blatantly tried to cover it up by attempting to hide the damage. I called him immediately and explained I need the items fixed or replaced and he tried to act like he didn't notice but he aknowledged I had warned him, and he committed to doing it. Well its been about 4.5 months of waiting and trying to give him the benefit of the doubt that he will make good on this. Recently, after repeatedly ignoring my calls and messages he called and told me he was too busy and says "don't get snotty with me , you can take me to court or wait until I can get to it, and I don't know when that will be". His lack of professionalism is absolutely horrendous and I am now having to take him to court to be reimbursed for the damage he committed. He's feels there is no repercussion for his actions. He says he is fully insured, but I'm not sure he understands what that even means, or if he has it at all. He did about 5-600 in damage and will not make good on it. Many of these companies on here are great companies, and I have very good success with CL, but I now see red flags with world rep landscaping I should have noticed.
For instance, there is absolutely no where else you can find his claimed 12 year old company withs tons of references thats fully insured and does a large variety of work. He doesn't back up any of his claims of references or insurance, he does not advertise anywhere else. Check out his youtube video he has up, it showcases his unprofessionalism quite well. He doesn't have good working equipment, doesn't stand by his quotes, doesn't do good work, is careless with others property and surely doesn't stand by his word. Please choose any one of the many good landscaping companies on here that clearly stand out from this guy. In my opinion, he doesn't even have a real business, he's just a guy posting on craigslist, pretending to own a company so he can get work. Once again, DO NOT hire this POS, theres a reason why he has cheap rates!!! It costs you more in the long run!

This man that has false claims. Yes there was damage, minor damage to property, but all other claims are exageratted and false. Everyone that knows me knows i will go out of my way to make someone happy and feel they got thier money worth. Even if it comes at a total loss.
I asked the guy to be patient and wait for the weather to get better and that the ground wasnt even thawed yet. Then tried to offer a time frame of when i could repair the damage. This man was irate and i couldnt even get a word in with him. Screaming and yelling at me, then out of frustration, Out of frustration, i did just tell the man to take me to court.
The total damage to the property was a couple 4x4 timbers that were buried under 4 ft of snow. I usually dont hold myself liable for something you cant see under snow, but being the nice, understanding guy i am, i told him i would repair the damaged wood.
Price of materials= $30 or less. time involved=20 min. Travel time 1hr. fuel $20
So as you can see total costs is around $50 and not 5-600 as the man stated. With that being said i should'nt have to say any more. His claims are outrageous. He also claimed terrible work. I worked until he was satisfied. And for the lies, i wouldnt even know what he might be thinking. And for the overcharging claim, I Was under paid by about $80
Some people you just cant keep happy, and they arent very understanding people. I would like to thank everyone for years of support and business. Celebrating 14 years in business. If anyone would like a long list of references, pictures, or any proof of insurance, i have it all availavble upon your request.

All right, one question, did you see all the snow that we got this year? Can you stay up for 48 hours with out any sleep? No!
Please get your facts right before you go off running your mouth about someone company that is wonderful at their job!!
I have had Morgan plow my home for the past 5 years. I have not had any issues. He also plows my mother as well. Again no issues.
My lawn is wonderful I could not be happier. I moved in to my home with horrible grass or I should say weeds! I attempted to call other lawn care places and only got the run around. When contacting Morgan he was on it. Told me what needed to be done and did not BS me, try to take me for money or anything. Everything you have stated is a Lie! My house is right next to my driveway. My house was never hit. There is no damage. Could all the boat loads of snow possibly of damaged your things? I recommend World Rep Landscaping to everyone, for snow removal and lawn care. I also want to put out there that anyone that has gotten upset with their snow removal company this year should not, seriously did you look out side at all?
Do not bash someone if you have not took in all the factors, I also know Morgan would never be rude!
