World Wealth Distribution Office Sent ma a notice that i would receve a 25,000 grant Labrador Australia, Internet

I received a letter from World Wealth Distributing Office stating i was going to receive a grant for $25,000.00 to use for whayever i wanted. The letter said all i had to do was sign on the dotted line and send them $10.00 for handling fees, now if i was going to really get that much money why wouldn't they just take the 10 dollars out. Doesn't make sense does it? I am so sick of these RIP OFF people that it makes me want to throw up. Whatever happened to honesty? But if you notice the people that are trying to rip you off are usually not in OUR UNITED STATES so all this rip off stuff just goes to show you that we as AMERICANS are still on top!!!!!
