I joined this company because of what it advertises on its web page. I made it to the second pool and I also used money from my daughters college fund to buy her the third pool.

They never paid as they say on the web page. First they had problems with their bank, then with other banks, then they offered debit cards and paid for a month or 2. Then they had audit problems and stopped paying. Then they changed the rules and offered a refund.

On my account I was refunded what I spent on my credit card and it was debited. Then I was charged again by this company, it appears as a health plan continuation, something that this company it is not.

On my daughters, I returned all the products and called for the refund, they said it would take 60 days. 60 days has passed and no refund. I tried calling and they are not taking any calls, I sent emails, which they don't answer either.

Here is a copy of the letter my credit card company sent me stating that this company is a health plan continuation. The XXXX are where my name and address were.
