World Wide Tracers Ripped Off By World Wide Tracers Mansfield Texas

Worldwide Tracers stated that they can always be reached at their 800 number. Not so, I have cell phone records that show me trying to get a hold of Kirk or any working employee there for at least  4 weeks, after I sent them my Pettition Letter from the Doctor. They lie, Don't be fooled by that statment. Check out my rip-off scam about Worldwide Tracers took my money.

They will always say, its something that you did wrong, or Just look at our record. They will say we've been on Oprah, we've done this, we've done that. Wow, That doesn't mean a thing. What that means is that you solved a few, just to rip off others. What a shame, and a scam. Don't do business with this company, save your money and hire Kinsloving Investigation. Trust me, they have found the information for me in 11 days, not 2 years....lol.

A story sounds good until you hear the other side. As Private Investigators, we must provide an Investigative Agreement to our clients. In all Inv. Agree., including Debbie's, we state that, "we will not close the case until the subject is located for 2 years.
This guarantee is provided as long as the client agrees/is willing to follow WWT's recommended course of action." Additionally, we state that, "the client may call or email to request an update on their case every 60 to 90 days.". The only correspondence we received from this client is when we found this complaint.
We would have been perfectly willing to provide an update for this client and explain what problems we may have been having with her case. This is just part of the search.
As I recall after interviewing the individual doing the search, Debbie was requested to send information back to us in order for us to Petition the Court to obtain information from the court. We simply did not hear anything from Debbie until this compaint.
If there was a complaint, she should have contacted us, not describe us as "Rip Offs". As you can see, she gave up after a "year" and our guarantee was good for 2 years.
It is extremely difficult to get an "Original Birth Certificate" for an adoptee, however we have been solving Adoption Searches and obtaining Birth Certificates for the 29 Years (1980) since we began our services.
Debbie says we only have a P.O. Box and was only an "internet company". We have Always Had The Same Phone Number and during the time that this person seemed to have had her problem, our office was maintained in Mansfield, Tx for over 15 years. We have Always had an OPEN office, where anyone can walk in and visit us.
All we needed from Debbie was a response and a notice from her that she had a problem. Although Contact Information And Instructions On How Her Search Worked were given to Debbie, she never went by the Investigative AGreement which she signed. We can't help someone if they are not going to go by the instructions they were given.
She was refered by the Salvation Army. Major Peacock in the California Salvation Army missing person department will tell you about our excellant reputation. They refer over a 100 cases to us every year from Salvation Army's nationwide. We assisted Major Peacock to set up one of the first Missing Person departments for the Salvation Army.

Our clients on our website tell about our reputation. You don't stay in business for 29 years if you rip people off. If A Client Has A Complaint, we will always discuss it with them and reconcile the problem the best way possible.
We never knew Debbie had any complaint until now. If she would have responded to our requests or just contacted us, we could have solved this in 30 minutes at the most. But Debbie chose to complain after less than a year after starting her case even though she signed the Inv. Agree. that says we will keep searching for 2 years. Her Inv. Agree. also states other things that Debbie did not follow, but I will deal only with these two items here.
The complaint Debbie has provided here is just not fair to us and as I have shown in this rebuttal, they simply are not true.
We've always been able to be contacted either by our 800 number we've had for at least 20 years, our local number, fax number, email address or she was always welcome to walk into our office and talk to us like many other clients have. Our P.O. Box was established simply for mail as millions of companies do all over the country. As far as I can tell, I have answered every complaint that Debbie had and shown that they are either untrue or that she didn't follow the Investigative Agreement that she signed and therefore caused her own problem. lThank you to "RIPOSS REPORT" for providing the opportunity for a rebuttal.
