Worldcom Wireless rip off scam con artists tricked and lied to us Garden City New York

My sister and I were promised cell to cell minutes and did not receive them. We were billed every month for it but we were being over changed for all cell to cell every single month.

The first to the last bill was incorrect and we were put on hold for a least two hours every time we called. We were told that we would have to call in every month to get credited. When we did we received a different story. Some were very rude. A few gave the credit.

Every bill was incorrect up to $500.00 because we were being charged for cell to cell minutes that was suppose to be included in our monthly plane for $48.99.

We were told that our night minutes started at 7:01 pm but we were being charged for calls starting after 7:01pm. We were then told that our night min. start at 8:01pm. There were soo many stories and then they did not want to credit us.

So our last bill is $224.89 when it should only be about
$60.00. We are being over charged for mobile to mobile.
