We were solicited in November 2000 for a cell phone offer. At the time we were between contracts. WC(WorldCom)offered 325 minutes w/ 3000 offpeak minutes and free weekends, a low peak minute rate, free options and phone delivered activated to our door for 29.99 per month. That was the last good experience we had with this company. It is now May 2002 Not one bill has reach our address successfully. Our monthly access charge changes month to month (it is now 39.99) without our consent. The bills we did finally recieve were missing page and this is just the beginnig.

We made WC aware of the problems in January 2002 and as of now May 2002 they have still not been corrected and now we have more issues piling up with them and we are unable to get WC to work with us. As of Mothers Day WC shut us off. We called to find out why we were shut and we were told three differnt stories from three different people. First was we were overdue.

Second said our contract expired. Third they didnt have our correct address. First we have been paying our bill over the phone because we havent been recieving our bills on time. Second our contract was only 5 1/2 months old and we never recieved a copy of one to begin with.

And ,third we called six times to give them our correct address and as of today they are still going somewere else. We have spent three hours a day for the past two days. We have been called a liar, have been hung up on by customer service a supervisor and a manager. All we are trying to do is pay what we owe and get what we were promised in the beginning.

I dont even what the service reactivated. This actually might be a blessing if they are not going to hold us under contract since they said it was expired, but we are working on that.Unfortunately WC employees are incompitent A#* H**#S and dont care about customer satisfaction.

We will keep on trying to resolve this matter.
