Natasha Giles; you should of thought of that before you ran your deceitful mouth and defamed and slandered my client, Audrey Quinn's character. We have recorded evidence from your calls to Audrey to prove that you contributed to this ripoff report and the validity that supports the fact that World Universal Pageants is deceptive, abusive and unethical.

You, Natasha are a main contributor, as you made several cell phone calls on record along with e-mail communications about the explicit details of the abuse and harassment you experienced by Kelly Bracken-Rainey.  You overwhelmed and confided in our client Audrey Quinn with your traumatic details of Kelley Bracken Rainey's unstable emotional state.  

Audrey had to  change her phone number due to your upsetting phone calls to her and due to all the harassing, obsessive, and stalking phone calls and yahoo, and facebook e-mail account mail from Kelley Bracken Rainey.

Stop with your deception and own up to this now as you will be held accountable and legally demanded to cease and desist your defamation of character, slander and harassment of my client, Audrey Quinn.

I, Natashs Giles, will once again state that I had NO part to do with the original ripoff report that was filed.  I replied ONLY because my name was attached to it, which was and is NOT acceptable!  I, Natasha Giles, did NOT give anyone verbal or written permission to use my name in a ripoff report.  I, Natasha Giles, have nothing to fear as I did NOTHING legally wrong.  I stated that I was an EX-employee (queen) - FACT!  I was NOT aware of this ripoff report, and my name being attached to it until another friend brought it to my attention - FACT!  I did not give anyone verbal or written permission to use my name on this report - FACT! As far as defaming one's character - it never happened by me, so I'm prepared to face any and all "legal actions."  Every single time I replied, it was to address the fact that I am not involved, gave no one permission to use my name, and to clarify that I did not try to hide the fact that I was an ex-WU queen.  As I stated before, there is nothing to hide.  It was a life lesson.  It was not what was anticipated, we learn from that experience and move on.

Thank you for being honest here to expose this snake woman Kelley Bracken Rainey for what she is. Everything you said about her being a fraud, stalking and threats of losing her home is all true. I am so sorry your child was abused by her system in all of this as well. Hopefully more will come forward to add to our case. We need to expose her as swiftly as we can to protect innocent women of all ages.

We have heard enough from this snake. Its' time Kelley Bracken Rainey close up her fraud shop, we will pursue every measure to ensure she does and Natasha Giles you have big problems to worry about too. Shame on you, when you called Audrey Quinn crying to her constantly complaining that you were being stalked, and harassed and that Kelley Bracken Rainey had stolen your photos...and that she had threatened to take her own life....admit it Natasha Giles. its all on record now. 

The only false queen making appearances after she resigned is Natasha Giles. Audrey has had three new titles since she resigned. She had no need to associate her with low, no class fraudulent people like you Natasha Giles and Kelley Bracken Rainey and all the impostors with World Universal Pageants.

Natasha Giles and  Kelley Bracken-Rainey will be receiving communications from Audrey Quinn's legal counsel, as you have defamed her character and every statement you have made about Audrey and Alyssa is completely false.

You both have legal troubles to face now, for harassment and defamation of character. I know for a fact Audrey resigned after three weeks of harassment via e-mails and phone calls from both Kelley Bracken-Rainey and Natasha Giles. Audrey stopped her appearances immediately and offered to mail the crown and sash back if offered shipping and partial refund since Kelley Bracken Rainey was emotionally unstable and harassing her.

Audrey's media coverage as a queen with Pageant Center was approved and published BEFORE she resigned. Audrey was forced to resign due to abuse by both Kelley Bracken-Rainey and Natasha Giles. Natasha phoned Audrey numerous times complaining about Kelley Bracken being mentally ill and suicidal. 

Kelley Bracken Rainey breached her own contract. No human being would ever associate with such an ill person as she is. Natasha you are in legal trouble now too. 

Kelley Bracken Rainey and Natasha Giles have also violated rip off report regulations by posting false statements in their entirety.

We will do everything in our power to enforce the law now, to expose World Universal Pageants for causing them harm to their reputation, harassment and abusing young women financially and misrepresentation and now defaming my client, Audrey Quinn and also Alyssa Riddle's character.

Read these words clearly Natasha Giles and Kelley Bracken Rainey you are to cease and desist immediately from further deception and ripoff report violations.

Prepare yourself because you will be hearing from our legal counsel for damages.

"Lady" Kelley~ You have no right to involve names that had nothing to do with this in the beginning. I hope you know that civil court is my next step due to slander and I will print off everything from you. Not only slander, but harrasment to a minor, stalking, fraud, unethinal, no business license, the list goes on. How dare you try to even make yourself look innocent. I had nothing to do with this until now! You are a ruthless criminal who lies to others to try to benefit herself. You use the pity game on everyone. Bottom line, If we pay for a service, you are expected to hold it up no matter how you feel about us. If someone has an opinion or has something to say about you, you remove the innocent person as a queen. What kind of business are you trying to run? You have no business license, the pageant is not trade marked, you do not even pay taxes on the money you bring in. You are a thief. And you send messages about others to their friends and threaten them. You have threatened me. I hope you know what mess you have caused.

Let's start from the very beginning, shall we: We signed up for a pageant and got a crowning ceremony because you could not deal with the drama from the Little Miss Pageant you put on. Remember. Not because you were sick. We all dealt with it, even though what we paid for in no way was fair when others got in for much less. You have lost all kinds of queens before and since then. Are you trying to tell me that all 10 of us are crazy? As far as mentioning names, you have really done it now. You have mentioned a minor. Whew alot of trouble there. I suggest you start making things right before all kinds of legal woes fall upon you. I have already filed a few. I am so tired of this mess that you have created. Everyday is more drama. To the point that I am wore out. You have nothing better to do than collect a social security check and stay on the computer all day to see who else you can message to stir the pot and create more drama. You live for it. I don't. I work for a living. I am sick of all of this. I hope your system fails miserably as it will have to because you simply can not have a business without a license and you can not go on not paying taxes.

This is the honest truth.  Audrey Quinn, who was APPOINTED to be my Ms. World Universal Woman, 2012, resigned less than a month after she was appointed to the title.  She continued to use the title even though she was no longer a queen. If you have a copy of the Fall issue of Pageantry Magazine, look at page 102.  She sent in her own photo with the caption below it.  I have asked Audrey on several occasions to return her crown, sash, sash pin and scepter, but she has refused, changed her telephone number, but continues to misrepresent herself as a queen (no longer of my system, but of others, until she gets into trouble and then she changes her title...AGAIN!)

Look through her photos.  It's pathetic!  If it was not for her constant need for attention, she and Tiffany would never have posted this slander!

Tiffany Riddle, the mother of Alyssa Riddle put herself in the middle of a private conversation going on with one of my other queens, who cannot fulfill her duties.  When I asked and I quote, "Would it hurt your feelings to return the sash to me?", the queen contacted Tiffany Riddle, who proceeded to involve herself and begin this  drama which had nothing to do with her!

After Tiffany wouldn't leave me alone and continued her disrespectful behavior, I deleted her daughter as my queen.  I cannot have contact with a queen who is a minor and have to go through their ridiculously, belligerent mother.   

Alyssa contacted me herself and asked that I work things out with her mom.  I agreed if her mother would be civil.  I then returned Alyssa's photo to the website.   Tiffany sent me a few more  text messages and I made it known I finally have had enough!  

I had one queen which I removed in 2011 because she did not come to a mandatory function and instead, competed in another pageant, which she is suppose to let me know if she has plans to do so, which is also in the contract.  

I had one other queen who broke her contract.  Any others who have left,  have so because of the drama which has started due to the postings on Tiffany Riddle's facebook page.  Tiffany and Audrey have stalked and harassed me!  I am tired of all the garbage which is being perpetrated here against me, Natasha and World Universal!

Natasha has nothing to do with this, only Tiffany and Audrey!  I have all of the text messages to prove my statement and even emails!  I can also get a copy of the police report for any who would like to know the REAL truth! 

Pageant mothers are sometimes very harsh, idiotic, vindictive and simply cannot control themselves. Audrey and Tiffany are people which the  entire pageant world should stay very far away from!  These two will cause problems if you do not run your pageant they way THEY want you to run it!  It makes no difference to them that there is a contract to enforce should it be needed.

Also, I would like to say that Alyssa is a sweet girl. I hate that this has happened but I cannot and will not affiliate myself with anyone who will not abide by the contract...especially when it comes to ethics and behavior!

 This is the email which was sent to all of my new queens by Tiffany Riddle.  Who would do this except someone who is starting drama, vindictive and trying to cause trouble????

Kelley has removed Alyssa as a Queen on the website without even letting us know. Alyssa has had nothing to do with this and she is very hurt by Kelley's actions. All that I have done is voice how I feel by text to Kelley about her actions recently and she deleted Alyssa. Beware as this is not the first time this has been done. She has deleted queens in the past and deleted 5 already this year. I feel it only right everyone know that she has deleted your sister queen. Alyssa still loves her and is very hurt by her actions. Kelley would not even talk to us about this.

I will not continue to put up with Tiffany nor Audrey.  Tiffany will have her daughter terminated as queen due to the fact that Tiffany  will not mind her own business and will not stop her vindictive behavior!

World Universal Pageant is given my permission to use any and all photos of myself in the
publication of promotional literature and advertising.

I will make a minimum of 24 appearances throughout the year of my reign. These appearances can be parades, pageants, community activities etc. I understand that if I
do not make the required # of appearances above, the director can
take my title and, I will return my Crown, Sash, etc, without
reservation, with no refunds. I also understand that any cost
incurred by me to return such items will be at my own expense.


Photos of ALL appearances will be
submitted to the office within 30 days of the appearance.

for scheduling my own personal appearances at my own cost. I
understand that I am totally financially responsible for all fees and

Contestant must
never have, past or present, nor will she during her reign,
pose for any pictures, film, or video associated with or related to
any form of nudity or pornography. Nor have ever or presently be
involved in any form of employment, which involves partial or
complete nudity.  Contestant must never have, past or present,
have photos on any world wide web communications, magazines, posters,
etc, which content is partial or complete nude or photos of a
lewd or indecent content. Contestant agrees to conduct herself, with
honor and integrity, in the areas of my space, facebook, blogspots,
etc.or any related worldwide website. Contestants/Queens must be born
FEMALE. Any of the above described violations will result in
immediate title disqualification, titleholder will relinquish her
title without reservations, and return all prizes given to her on the
day she won the pageant, and in the condition she received them in.
If titleholder does not comply with these terms, legal action will
taken. These terms are non negotiable, and any fees paid are NON
REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS.

I will NOT defame the pageant through any action of my own, whether it
be oral, written or otherwise

stated. Defamation of the
pageant while in public, past or present inappropriate behavior
either in public,

in photographs, on facebook,
myspace, free message boards, or any World Wide Web communications.
Any violations will result in automatic relinquishment of my
title and prizes.

I will NOT consume and/or use
alcohol and/or illegal drugs while wearing my sash and/or crown.
Doing so will result in automatic disqualification of my title and
prizes.

Director reserves the right, while
you are a World Universal titleholder, to use her discretion, to
which pageant systems you would be given permission to compete in or
not compete. I will notify my director of the systems I am
considering by email, and/or phone.

I understand that by having a
World Universal Pageant title, I can never compete for that EXACT
title again. I can, however, return and compete in the World
Universal Pageant in another division.

The crown & sash
given, the title holder will receive is New. If the titleholder
breaks, looses, or items are stolen etc, director is not responsible
to replace the items.

The title of World Universal,
will be valid for the competition year, and will expire at the 2013
Little Miss World Universal Pageant.

I have read and
agree fully to all the above, without reservation. stated on this two
page contract .


Any fees paid are

As the owner and director of World Universal Pageants, LLC, I have always conducted myself as a lady.  At no time have I harassed, stalked nor have I behaved in a manner which is not befitting a lady.  Any decisions I make after this posting is a direct result of the behavior of Tiffany Riddle and her role as the parent of the minor child, Alyssa Riddle.

First of all, yes, I appointed queens for the 2012 year.  All who WANTED the titles knew that this was an "appointment" and that they would be held to the same standards as any other of my queens.  

I have tried to be professional and not respond to the vindictive attempts at my character.  I lost my husband to suicide in 2003.  I am trying to put my life back together.  After seeing and going through what I have, no one would expect me to be the same.  

I have never harassed my queens.  I do keep in touch with them as I feel that is part of being a good director.  I cannot and will not, as a director, put up with this kind of behavior.  Unfortunately in the pageant world, there are people who will disagree with the director and if they don't get their way, it will result in revenge.  

I did have a queen resign after less than a month.  I have sent her several emails in an attempt to have her return her crown, sash, scepter and sash pin.  She has yet to return anything. She and another woman are the  responsible parties in this. 

Anyone who reads this can tell that this is spiteful and underhanded.  I should not be subjected to such hateful, vindictive behavior!  

I would like to express that I, Natasha Giles am NOT affiliated with this Ripoff Report, and was unaware that the author (I know who you are) used my name in this report.  I'm upset to find that once again my name was dragged into pageant drama. What happened to the sisterhood of pageantry???!!! 

I'm an adult, and take repsonsibility for all my actions. If I wanted to file a Ripoff Report, I would have done so myself.  I have a voice, and know how to use it!!!
