I ordered 3 packages of astronaut ice cream from this company and paid for priority shipping - total of $11.55 was billed on my Visa card on March 3rd. Order status has read "completed" for 18 days, although the website says "completed" status means "order will be shipped NO LATER THAN 7 DAYS". I've sent multiple emails to no reply.
I'm upset. I order items on the internet all the time and never have any problem. There are 27 complaints below me, and this website is STILL functioning and defrauding people (as of March 2007).
Companies like this undermine the our free trade system and reduce buyer confidence. I've filed a complaint with the FTC. Are there any other law enforcement branches that have jurisdiction over this type of matter?
