I have written to many government agencies and consumer report type companies about how this company operates. I found it interesting when I found this website and noticed all the other angry people out there with me. Even more interesting was seeing the rebuttal's from x employee's (Who would admit to working for such a company, or be stupid enough to stay working for them). I honestly don't care if and when they do business in a fair manner when it suits them. Knowing they can be so unfair and make so many people frustrated and angry is enough for me to keep anything but kind words about them.

I was scammed by one of these timeshare type deals. Submitted paperwork over and over again only to have it continue to be returned with some reason not stated in the Terms and Conditions. For those of you who still want to try, these are some of the tricks the devil plays as you await your vacation you were promised and looking so forward to taking.

A copy of the front and back of YOUR credit card as required by hotel for check in' actually means a copy of your credit card and your companions.... as we all know we need 2 credit cards to book a hotel room???? The copies must be crystal clear, I ended up getting professional color photo copies so they couldn't send it back for that reason. Oh and make sure that both those credit cards don't expire on the same month as your last travel date. Most of the rest of the world knows that expiry date 07/08 means it expires at the end of July 2008, not on the 1st of July 2008. Worldwide Travel however go by laws to suit them, they tend to think the card is not valid if it expires in July and your last travel date is July 1st. Also, don't forget to Complete the 1 W9 form they send you requiring to be completed, what they actually mean here is to take a photo copy of the 1 they send you and complete 2 of them, one for your companion of course. Don't forget to tick how you file (jointly, individual etc).

I could go on and on, but hopefully you can see by my examples that Worldwide travel center will use any trick possible to have you loose hope of getting your vacation, and eventually give up. The only ones that benefit out of the travel promise is the post office. I spent over $100 in certified mail, and many more hours in frustration in getting letters back. This is a SCAM if there ever is one. How many peoples deposits of $100 are they keeping when they give up trying to submit paperwork?

Oh and on the calls I made I confirmed the following. No Supervisors are available to speak to you, EVER. Any correspondance needs to be made in writing only (Anything to keep delaying your trip dates so you eventually run out of time to complete your trip in the required time). Oh and I love this, as my paperwork kept getting returned due to terms and Conditions that I didn't seem to have (I had all that were giving to me, but they kept making up new ones) i was told they would not give you a copy of the terms and conditions. Lucky I had the original ones, but I pity any one that lost theirs.

I am not giving up, I am majorily pissed off what they are doing to innocent consumers. My logic tells me that they are selling the travel deals to these timeshare type companies at a great rate. Then they make these terms and Conditions that are not clear and contradicting to what they say later in denial letters. I could just see they have a team of Denial experts sitting around looking for anything possible to make up and return someone's application back. They probably give each other a high 5 or win a prize every time they send that application back with some excuse that suits them on the day. I don't care if x-employees are saying they run some parts of the business well, if any business runs any part of services this way, it should pay by being bankrupt. I actually think payback would be ideal, let the owner of this company sit around trying to apply for his benefits time and time again, only to keep getting denied. Saying that this company is good in some areas.... wow, that is like saying it is ok for a priest to murder or rape as long as he is doing some parts of his life right?

Sadly, I am not giving up until I expose Michael FriedBerg the Owner/CEO and this company he must be so proud off.
