WorldwideRebates.com Always refuse rebates with bogus claims & put you on endless phone hold San Diego California

I've been forced to WorldWideRebates.com for rebates on various occasions and always get the same forms denial claims from them. One retailer, ZipZoomFly.com, did take my complaint seriously and eventually I did get my rebate with their help. Most recently, Newegg would not help me at all. Simply put, WorldWideRebates denies that you have mailed in the needed forms or other excuses even though they show copies of your correct form submission on their site.

If you call them they will put you on extended hold and eventually disconnect you. It seems that NewEgg uses WorldWide Rebates and then dis-avows any assistance in settling rebate claim issues. (((competitor's name redacted))) is serious about settling rebate claims with their customers so I will use them in the future whenever possible. Until NewEgg drops this phony rebate fullfillment house one should think twice about ordering from them.

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
