Let me start out by saying, anonymous South Jordan, Utah is Jeff Long of New Veritas Freedom University. As everyone knows there are two sides to every story. No, I didn't steal $10,000 from Mr. Long. I would not be in business for as many years as I have if I stole money from clients. We are a professional company that provides professional services with satisifing results. All of our clients are 100% satisified. I have every email documented as well as every phone call that was made in my CRM Customer Relation Management System. Mr. Long wouldn't provide me with the necessary information for us to complete his project. There were many phone calls made to Mr. Long by myself and other members of my team. Our phone calls went unreturned. As we understand the company Mr. Long hired us for is no longer in business.

As a business man I understand the ups and downs of any business and the financial strain one could feel. Mr. Long and my company entered into our standard agreement for producing a virtual online spokesperson as well as producing video flash for his website. Our company emailed Jeff weekly to have him put together the scripts and give us some feed back on the Flash. Jeff did not respond. After several attempts we finally were able to contact him and at that point he told us to hold off on the flash until he straightens some things out with his site and company. Mr. Long did not contact me again for months!! We produced the online spokesperson for him and they looked great!!!

My contract (which is given to all clients) states that deposits are non refundable. Mr. Long signed the contract with our company. To this day I have offered to build the rest of his flash site and he refuses to let our company do that. He said that he was out of business and couldn't make his website work. He would not explain what his website did. He did say, and I quote it is kind of like a scam type website. Which I must say made us nervous due to the fact I do not want my name nor company associated with any type of scam company.

Bottom line - our company is professional and has been in business for years. I have tried to fulfill our end of the contract however, Mr. Long is not complient. It is unfortunate that he is out of business or could not get it up and running. You don't go out and buy a new or used car and put 10k miles on it and then go back and ask for a refund.
