Mark presents well, promises you all these wonderful upgrades and finds out exactly how much money your insurance company is planning to pay you. Fortunately and unfortunately for us, we were the bait house. Mark appears to make agreements without his partners knowledge and then Christian calls about an outstanding balance. We made clear in no uncertain terms that we had to go with what the insurance company said, including the depreciation amount which he would receive.

The past couple of months, he has not retruned phone calls, when at the beginning of the project, he was very hands on. At one point the insurance company was calling us for the final revisions to the new estimates. WPS estimated our house repairs to be $2,000 more than what the insurance company estimated. Mark knew and even stated that if he couldn't write in the cost, he would have to "eat it". He said this as he mentioned that he was the President of the company.

The irony of all of this is that he talked about the construction company in our subdivision and their unscrupulous practices, when he was engaging in the same behavior.

As of this writing, we still have 3 boxes of siding in our back yard and we called with no response. We don't expect anything at this point, but we know that our bill has been paid because of our agreement with the President of the company and our receipt to prove it.

Bogus Report-Not

AUTHOR: Lithonia, GA - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, October 05, 2008

I'm not surprised that misinformation was given to someone who works for Mr. Webster, but let me clarify. We have not known Mr. Webster for years, he was only introduced to us for the purpose of completing this job. He can go into further details about how he was introduced, if he is even willing to tell the truth now. Next, Mr. Swift was no where around when Mr. Webster was negotiating, and in fact we only met you one time. Mr. Webster was so anxious to get in the neighborhood, I wonder if he even remembers what he agreed to. Not to mention the other work he didn't do. Furthermore, if we wait for you all to come and get the siding, it will never happen. As far as a lien, please be prepared for a fight because we have paperwork that states otherwise.

THIS REPORT IS COMPLETELY BOGUS

AUTHOR: Christian Swift - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, September 30, 2008

It is no wonder the author of this report will not reveal their name. WPS Contracting gave this customer a new roof and siding. WPS Contracting did this job for a great price, the price was a fraction of what most contractors would have charged. Until WPS Contracting had problems with one of this customers neighbors AND THIS CUSTOMER FOUND OUT THEY WOULD NOT GET THE DEPRECIATION AMOUNT THEY THOUGHT THEY WOULD this customer did nothing but brag about how great their home looked and how happy they were with the job. This customer owes WPS Contracting $4844.00 and they are trying to get out of paying it which is one of the reasons they filed this report.

I can't believe this story. "WPS estimated our house repairs to be $2,000 more than what the insurance company estimated. Mark knew and even stated that if he couldn't write in the cost, he would have to "eat it". He said this as he mentioned that he was the President of the company."

Mark never said he would eat anything, and they say he said this "as he mentioned he was the president of the company" These people have known Mark for years. They were good friends which is why they gave WPS the job in the first place. They knew everything about Mark and the company way before they ever gave him the job.

It boils down to this. After WPS finished this job the customer referred WPS to other people in the neighborhood. WPS ran into some problems and they were not able to finish two of the other jobs, which put this customer on the hot seat with the other neighbors. At the same time the insurance company called and said there would be little or no depreciation. This customer did not want to pay anything out of pocket. Because of the situation with the neighbors blaming this customer for referring WPS, and the fact that they would not be able to pay the balance from the insurance company's depreciation this customer decided they would not pay WPS what they owe.

The only thing that is true in this report is that this customer still has three boxes of siding in their yard. As soon as Mark can get a truck to pick up the siding this customer can expect to have a lien put on their home for the $4844.00 balance.
