Wray's Transport, Michael Wray, Kari Coleman Stole My Families Entire Forture Wisconsin Rapids Nationwide

My husband and I made the decision to take the so called help from a fellow Owner/Operator named Michael Wray.  He said come drive my truck for three weeks I need a vacation and I will give you all the money from the runs expect for the insurance.  This way you can save up enough money to get a down on your own truck and trailer, plus keep up on your own bills at home.

Sounding to go to be true, we agreed.  My husband left with him and started out good.  We worked with Kari Coleman, who is his Operations Manager (does all the paperwork for him to the brokers and government); Michael was suppose to help me with using the load boards (so that when we got into our own truck that I would be good to get his loads).  This worked great for about 2 weeks, everyone got along until one night I called his phone in the middle of the night by accident trying to help my husband find a shipper.  

After that night, everything changed, I got cut out of booking loads, helping find loads for my husband.  From there out I had no idea what we where getting paid.  Oops we didnt get paid.  Michael made a deal with one of his friends to sell us a truck and trailer, then the next thing I know we are in a contract with this man and had a truck and trailer sitting at a mechanic and it was racking up money for repairs to get it DOT passable.  

During this whole time (abouth two months) we ended up driving for Wray's Transport for 25% of the contract load amount not the 90% it started out to be...Kari Coleman would not give me any statement of where our money was going.  She would make payments to this and that and we where penniless.  

Then when our truck got finished we hooked up to our trailer and started off down the road thats when all **** broke lose.  They wanted a contract locking us in for one year that we where leased on to them, conviced the man we were buying the truck and trailer from to lock us into working for them until the truck was paid off.  Would not give us any of the money we had made expect fuel advance on one trip, no statements, We made over $6000 in less than 7 days and we got one fuel advance for $980.

 They left my Husband strand in PA without any fuel or money to eat on knowing that he is a Diabetic.  They have left me and my kids penniless to the point of losing our house.  They also got OOIDA involved trying to make them out to be the Federal Government.  What they have done is against the law and is morally wrong.  They have never had any verbal or written agreement to make payments with the money they were spending.  Everytime I would ask Kari for money she would tell me there was none cause she spent it paying bills we owed.
