As far as an education on partnership the President does not and cannot overrule the vice president in a 50 /50 partnership and any debts created could be forcefully paid by debtors from the partner by the president to the creditors to which (Bill Mccauley seniors name is solely on most of the paperwork) It's called a rogue partner....get an education Billy, you need one. I i was an employee of wastech and to my knowledge jim mccauley was the president of that company and oversaw everything, so i think we should ask him, but i dont really care since i was just an employee who was out of a job do to greed. Wastech William co-owner filings show dissolution not filed until 2010.  Billy Jr and Micheal McCauley, both sole employees(2009). Court ordered seizure of 83 of 117 rolloff containers to be held by Riverview land preserve and the City of Riverview and McClain/container owners UCC filings for the rest. Documents state 27 Rolloff containers Missing and stolen. Theft by diversion. UCC State filings website shows 23 filings. State of michigan tax and IRS.

I work for key waste neither bill mccaule or bill mccauley jr own the company the person who wrote the original report is a relative and now has slandered my name and company i work for i have never owned a company in my life and unfortunately this person is trying to give me a bad name without knowing anything or showing any proof of myself or bill mccauley sr owning key waste i would like a full investigation for fraud ,also i have never been sued or have ever owed anyone money
