Wu Yi Pixie Pack Charges account for items numerous times in a month, and you have never received their product. Internet

The website advertises a remarkable breakthrough in weight loss with drinking the Wu Yi Pixie packs of Green Tea. I found this website after visiting Facebook.com, and it said that you could get a 1 month (30 day) supply of the Green Tea for free plus shipping & handling.

Well my account was charged for the S & H plus tax, and then the same day I was charged $37.40. Then on 9/15 I was charged $74.76, for more Wu Yi Green Tea. However, I have yet to receive any box from this company. I did fill out information on getting the free trial 1 month supply, however, I have never received the first box from them.

I called 1-800-919-2846, which is their customer service number to demand a full refund on each debit to my account. The gentleman I finally talked to after holding for 10 minutes was nice. He said that he had confirmation that the trial package was delivered to my house, which I NEVER received. He said that the trial was up on 9/11 and that's why I was charged the $74.76, for another supply. I told the man that I never received anything from his company and wanted all my money back. He agreed to give me my money back, minus the shipping cost.

Please BEWARE of this company. I think it's a bogus company.
