Trying to return the product-read this site too late & had already ordered-did get charged by "edirect software" on card statement. Cancelled card just in case they would try & bill again.

Got the tea & some Hoodia pills that I had tried to cancel & my emails went unanswered. I have tried their "chat live" on the web site and it is like chatting with a machine. I have now chatted with three people, one twice & they all start with the same "Welcome to Wu-Yi Source, I hope you've had a
great day so far. I'm happy to assist you with any questions you might have."

I asked for the address to return the tea. They ask for my order number or name & email address. I give that to them. They ask "could you please explain to me the exact issue you are experiencing with the tea. We feel strongly about our product, so strongly, that once you receive the tea we offer a 60 day money back guarantee."

Exactly-I wrote the tea was not for me that is why I want to send it back & take you up on the money back guarantee. So he tells me for all order cancellations or returns, please contact our order support personnel at "service@wuyisource.com" I told him I had tried to cancel the order right away & got no response from the emails, I chatted on line again & got a "managers" email address & no response & this is what he is asking me to do again.

He comes back with this: "it is certainly not normal, and we've never had a customer experience this before." Why can't they just give me the address to return the product and take them up on the 60 day guarantee? I am going to send the product back to the Billings, MT address & see what happens. I am way too trusting with interenet companies. I am sorry I didn't refer to this site before ordering.

The "Exact" Address and How To Get Your Money Back Like I Did!!!

AUTHOR: Patricia - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, October 07, 2007

I went through the whole mess like all of you and then got the address: Ms. Linda, 1302 - 24th St. West, #350, Billings, MT, 59102. They don't need any special numbers.

This way you can make sure you get the tea back to them in the allowed time. Then contact the Better Business Bureau. Wu-Yi totally ignored them until a week after the case was over, and then sent me a check for the total amount! (It was a personal check, and I sure wish I would have kept his name and address to give everyone here:-)

I received my refund!!!

AUTHOR: Marilyn - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, August 28, 2007

Customer Service did finally return my emails. I checked on the refund and was told first it had been refunded to check my on line banking account, then when I did not get it after a week they checked further & found they were having issues with their merchant account and I would get a check in the mail. The customer service person was very sorry for the inconvenience and I did get the check in the mail yesterday. I think it is possible this company has just grown too fast to be able to keep with with all the emails etc. I am glad they did honor their return policy.
Keep trying is all I can say.

All emails are always answered.

AUTHOR: Mark - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, August 16, 2007

Hello,

There are many reasons that a customer would not receive one of our emails such as them having a spam blocker on etc. We do ask questions before we give out a return because majority of the time the customer is unsatisfied because they have been using the product wrong and not losing weight. So when a customer will explain the problem we can find out where things have gone wrong and point them in the right direction to lose weight. We have a very high success rate and have many very satisfied customers that have wished to return their order but we using it wrong and ended up with very impressive weight loss results when using the product properly. If a customer will answer the questions and they truly are unable to lose weight with our product we will issue a refund for them, not a problem!

Thanks
Mark

Got an email reply for return address

AUTHOR: Marilyn - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, July 18, 2007

I finally got a reply with an address to return the product and an "RMA" number. They indicated refunds are processed every two weeks & they
will email me when they have refunded me. My husband mailed back the package today. I will update again when my account is credited. Keep emailing them with your request to return product!
