I ordered the amazing Wu-Yi Tea before the first ripp-off report appreared, so I did not have any warning about this company. Before I received my tea I did some research locally and realized I could buy this tea for a lot less than advertised. I tried to contact them to cancel my order but did not receive a response to any of my e-mails. I than did get a live web on line customer support person who finally told me to e-mail the service@wu-yisource address. I did twice with no response. I then received the package and I mailed it back requesting my refund. Which I also send them a message telling them of my return. Of course I have not heard from them or received a refund. I would like to see these people brought to justice for their fraudlent claims.

This is not realy a rebuttle but just my 2 cents along with Nancy . I too never read or herd anything bad about this Co. seemed ok to me . Yes my doctor wanted me to loose a few pounds ..I saw this i orderd the wu yi Tea like Nancy i got the first box was black in color with green pictures of the tea feilds a good looking box. Plus i recieved a bottle of the pills i thought they went with it .. no biggie . I drank the tea Tea twice a day and the pills twice a day . actualy lost like 12 pounds over the month. i decide to order an other baox beacuse it was actualy a good tea. Hrees the kicker! they shipped me 3 box 3 months but the box was diffrent they were red in color box. I didnt think anything of it so i made one cup of tea i did notice the tea wasnt the stuff i liked before this was much lighter and realy had no taste . id figure id call and try to get answers i didnt get to far I went live chat and got a BS story on how they changed up graded packaging and tea. so i told them i wsnt happy and i was gonna send it back and cancel my membership that went ok they told me to keep the tea for my trouble .. lol lets see if they bill me for it wich they say wasnt gonna happend so the prouduct does help you loose weight wether its the tea or the pills i will never know for an other couple of months....

I finally was able to get a promise of a refund for product returned after letting the company know that I was filing a ripp-off report for their non-responsive stance to my prior e-mails. I gave them all the information they asked for (post office tracking number and date of return and location of return). They said I would have a check refund in 10 business days. If this does not happen I will let you know.
Thanks Ripp-off for helping consumers sound out, inform each other and help stop dishonest business practices.
