I answered an advertisment that was sent to my e-mail address for thier product called wi-yu tea, to help with weight loss, it would be free for 30 days, and I only had to pay the cost of s/h charge wich was $4.95, and I would get to try the product for 30days and then if product didnot give me any results I would be refunded any monies owed. Once the product arrived at my home there was a slip inside that said" in two weeks they would apply a charge of $29.95 for the next shipment ordered and I didnt have the product taht long for a charge, plus it certainly hadnt been a month yet, I contacted the company and was told that the charge was for the product in hand and I said thats not what the advertisment said, and I was told that I should have read the terms and condtions (which werent provided from the web site), I said and the person became irate with me and said"the next time you order something make certain to read the terms and conditions, but if I returned the product(at my own exspense they would refund my fee of @29.95 provided that they were given a tracking number to confirm receipt of package and I asked if I would be refunded the handling fee and was told no! I had to return the product at my own exspense, since I did not read the terms and conditions, I was stuck with it and if I wanted a refund then I would follow their instructions to the letter, either by way of ups or fed-ex and I asked if I could use the post off and the agent said usps would be fine as long as I provided a tracking number for their benefit in securing the return of their product and was giving a address to return the product and I said fine good riddence to bad blood.

I don't know you and I have nothing to do with Wu-Yi. I get so tired of people coming here to complain and falsely accuse companies of not disclosing their terms. Just because YOU didn't read it doesn't mean it wasn't there! Everything you are complaining about regarding the information the customer service agent provided to you was disclosed in their terms. So, who's fault is this? Is it Wu-Yi's? NO WAY!!

Grow up, stop being ridiculous. You ordered something, you didn't read the terms and now you want to whine about the way the charging is done. Give me a break. The representative was right - next time READ what it is you are agreeing to BEFORE you purchase. Make informed intelligent decisions. Don't complain here when you have buyer's remorse. Anyone can go to their sales page to verify your accusations of NO TERMS LISTED as completely FALSE.

Have a nice day!
