Order a new Baseball cap in time for Christmas, however when I recieved the cap in the post from www.baseballcapsretail.com it is not what I ordered? I ordered a Red Adidas snap back with white embroidery. The cap providedwas just red? no words plain red cap?? When I contacted the company, they apologized.  They asked for pictures of what was ordered and what was sent.  They asked me to return (at my cost) the original hat.  I requested a pre-paid box to return it in.  They said no.  I haven't heard from them since.  I sent lots follow-up emails!
