They took money from my account without being autherized.  They also say that no bid is over $20 dollars. My bid went over $20 and i still got out bid and lost.  You never win a bid.

You misunderstood the SCAM..

The SCAM clearly states.."every AUCTION is guaranteed to be 20 dollars or less" not every "bid".

So next time you decide to join a scam site, make sure you understand the scam better.

Let's review the "game-play" rules from this site under "how it works"..

Gameplay Rules

Every item is guaranteed to be under $20.00! Sounds crazy doesn't it? We know! If the final bid is $20 or more, we cover the difference!

Yes, it sounds "crazy". But all this tells you is that the ITEM is going to be "sold" for under $20.00. It does NOT however clearly explain, that this has nothing to do with how much all the LOSERS bid on the item.

Every time you click the "Place Bid" button, the auction price will increase by just 1 penny and you will instantly be the auction leader. Just keep an eye on the bid timer and make sure you don't get outbid.

Yep..keep an eye on the bid timer. And if you do..you will want to kick yourself in the face. How can you know if and when you can win an "auction" if the timer keeps adding time? Sounds a bit like online gambling for prizes to me.

The Bid Timer: This is where it gets exciting! If the time left on the Bid Timer is within the last 20 seconds and another bid is placed, 20 seconds will be added to the bid timer. This prevents another bidder from sniping your bid at the very last second and gives you a chance to counter.

Oh yes..here is where it gets exciting indeed. Sure the 20 seconds being added to the timer EVERY time someone bids can prevent someone from sniping your bid. But the counter side to this which they do not seem to mention..is that this is what not only PREVENTS you from winning, but it also GUARANTEES the site will make more money on the item. And since the only "seller" is the site...it seems to be in their best interest that each item bring in as much as possible. Brilliant business model granted..for the site. For the consumer..not so much unless you prefer to depend on "chance" to get a deal on a purchase rather then shop around for the best deal.
