I contacted Travis Conner to make documents for me. He ensured me he would have them an hour after he received payment through western union. I never received them.

Sounds like you are trying to scam someone by having someone else make up phoney paystubs for you AND you got scammed yourself. You certainly got what you deserved! Why would you expect someone that is creating false documentation to be honest and ethical? Seems like an oxymoron to me.
