www.Fibropharma.com Fibroslim This website is advertising the product Fibroslim. They take your order and your money and then never send you the product. They do not refund your money as well. They are fraudulent Internet

I ordered Fibroslim on May 7th. They took my money. They never sent me the product.
They keep promising to give me a refund but it is 3 1/2 months later and no refund has been issued.
Their 1-800 numbers are fake. There is no way to get a hold of them except by e-mail but they just keep saying they will credit my credit card but never do. It's a big scam!
They continue to sell the product at their website and take people's money but have no intention of sending them the product. If you look up Fibroslim on the net, you will see MANY stories regarding this same issue that I have.
They are doing it to everyone and noone is stopping them. Here are some samples from the internet that I found about this product and company.

Friday, 8/21/2009 7:12:45 AM My situation sounds the same. I ordered the product on June 15 and was told ordering time was 7-21 business days. I called near the end of July and the girl on the other end asked me if I wanted my $$ back or if I wanted the product re-shipped. I confirmed the address she had and said she could ship it again. She told me it would take another 6-12 business days. It's now been 10 business days and I just tried to find their website again so I could call to check and the website is down and then I found this website and am just feeling sick to my stomach that we've probably all been scammed.

Thursday, 8/20/2009 12:38:20 PM I am having the same issue with them. I placed my order June 4, called them in the middle of July when they told me it shipped on June 25th. I asked from where it was shipped and was told Canada. I now that sometimes things get held up in customs so said I would wait a little longer. I tried calling today and phone is disconnected. I sent them another email (they didn't respond to the last one a few weeks ago). Will dispute charge with credit card company, perhaps they can resolve the issue and give my money back. Wish I had seen this sight before.

They have answered my calls and emails up until today and assured me it was going or had gone out. Today both numbers have been disconnected and my money is gone. Sad part is I have taken a product with similar ingredients and it worked but unable to find again.
