www.kleargear.com My wife got scammed by these people Massachusets

Regarding Kleargear.com-

I have never ordered from them, but this year I told my wife that I'd like some kitchy junk for my office for stress relief.  She ordered it from these people.

Tonight, I had to deal with an upset spouse who had paid these people somewhere in the neighborhood or $35 for something that she thought I would like for Christmas this year.  Far from relieving the stress I have, this added to my more than adequate quota of it.

Also, it was my money that was stolen- since my wife is a stay-at-home mother.  These guys hit me where it hurt twice, and I have contacted a lawyer to offer testimony should he be willing to pursue a class-action lawsuit.

I don't know what game they're trying to play, but it's definitely shady.  I could not contact them via any of the usual methods, including trying to game their very unhelpful phone tree.  I would have been willing to come to an agreement or understanding, but you can't bargain with ghosts.

Just stay very far away from dealing with them.  I signed nothing, and ordered nothing, so I do not accept their ?right? to charge me for saying bad things about them- I didn't agree to that, and won't accept it.
