I was lulled into buying from this seller by the promise of full satisfaction or money back guarantee. Big mistake. They did not honour thier promise. They made me pay upfront and I felt secure thinking I had nothing to lose. No way! I had my money to lose.

The logos on their website look attractive. You believe that is the kind of logo you will get. Another big mistake. I got very basic and shoddy logos from them. My needs were either ignored or not understood. Even when I sent my own high resolution photoshop brush that I instisted was an integral part of my logo. Totally ignored.

The seller is incredibly rude, threatening and arrogant. I have never had to deal with such unprofessional, unethical service. They whine that you are taking advantage of their 'small company' and that 'you never intended to pay for the logo service'. How so? I had paid upfront! Unbelievable!

I could go on and on, and I have communications to back me up. Just be careful before you send upfront payment to this fraudulent, unethical, unprofessional and extremely mean, nasty, threatening seller.

On hindsight I realise that it all seems too good to be true. Not all is as it seems. Be wary of their flowery promises. Fake is a word that comes to mind, and that is a gross understatement.
