I loaded $150 on a mastercard and Friday and I cannot activate it. I have called numerous times and they tell me they had problems with some cards activating. I had to fax the receipt, the original packaging, a copy of the front and back of card and all my info to them. It has now been 4 days and I still cannot activate the card and they cannot give me a time frame on when it will be fixed! I am a single mom and this was supposed to pay my bills and buy groceries, now I they have my money and I cannot use the card. I told them I would never use their service again and that they were thieves and I was reporting them to the BBB. Any advice on how to get my money back would be greatly appreciated. I cannot afford this!
