obamasell.com Did not send merchandise I had ordered from them worth $700 Internet, Internet

I had made a order with this website/company worth almost $700.  They said it would take 8-10 days for delivery.  It has been close to 3 months now and I have not recieved anything from them.  I emailed them and all they say is that your goods are coming please don't worry. Over and over again.  
They gave me a website and order number to track my order.  I looked this order number up on the website they gave me, the local post office, and the USPS tracking website and none of these places have any information on this order.

I went up to the local post office and they told me the order number does not exist. So I emailed them back and asked what was going on with my order the tracking number you have gave me does not exist nor does any of the tracking sites have any information on my order.  They stopped emailing me back.  

I'm not sure if I can do anything about this situation since it is out of the US.  But this is allot of money to just say forget about it I have just been robbed.  If anyone could help me or give me some advice on anything I can do about this situation would be greatly appreciated!!!
