The co promises a user friendly solution for websites However we were not satisfied with the product and denied a refund promised by the companies prior to us purchasing. We purchased two Real Estate Investors Websites and Search Engine Optimization for $1089.00 on Jun 18,2014.From the beginning we noticed something strange as the invoice we received via email said we were to be charged $1579.00 for four websites instead of the two. This of course happened AFTER we provided our credit card information. In addition,we were very unsatisfied with customer service and the quality of the product and requested a full refund on June 26,2014 (6) business days after our transaction. Well within the refund timeframe. We followed the protocol and emailed our request with a copy of the invoice we received from the company to the email provided to us by the co. We received a reply email on the June 29,2014 from Simon:," We have invested quite a lot on your SEO. Please check this link for SEO terms: http://realestateinvestorswebsites.net/search-engine-optimization/..." What attracted us to this site was the Guarantee published on the website. THe SEO was an add on to our initial purchase while on the phone. Also, the website states that, "This is a manual service that takes at least 90 to 120 days or more to complete." We requested a refund 6 days later. We did not even have our website completed at the time. We regret utilizing this service and demand a full refund supported by the company's claims and guarantees.

The amount of the order was $1089. This was clarified on the phone and via email on 18-6-2014-16:14 on ticket 39783.
The website was installed and customized the same day, and a welcome email sent on 18-6-2014-12:52. SEO work started the same day.
The second website was installed and customized after client provided the second domain, and a welcome email sent on 22-6-2014-17:02.
A refund request was received on 26-6-2014-13:59, 8 days after SEO work had started.
Our service agreement for SEO work states:
"This is a service that must be done manually, spending many man hours of input over several months. Due to this manual nature of this service, we are unable to offer a money-back guarantee. Most of the money you pay goes to pay for this labor. Once the work is done, we cannot offer refunds. We will show you all the work and submissions performed for your website. The best we can do is to wait for results to become apparent."
Cancellation
"You will receive a full refund if you cancel before your SEO work starts. No refunds can be issued after that. If you do need to cancel you must cancel BEFORE your SEO work has started."
This cancellation policy is something we highlight and emphasize very prominently on our website so there are no misunderstandings when this work is carried out.
Since this refund was requested 8 days after SEO work had started, we were unable to issue this refund as most of this money had already been spent on the SEO work.
Unfortunately our response and explanation was met with threats to smear our name.
