DO not sign up for these leads.  I read a few bad reviews and sign up away and regret it.... Stupid me.  I am a seasoned agent, 19 year experience and do quite well and thought what is tha harm in spending $600.  They said you can sign up and they will send you leads and if you are not happy and you do not get qualified leads you can cancel at anytime and get your money back... NOT TRUE.  Susan Cantrall who was a na agent and sold me that package said I am ahere for you if you are not happy.  When I was not happy and called her back she never returned my calls or did anything about it after she heard ny stiry.

They sent me the first 5 leads and all they wanted was a list of HUD homes or refiancing or just looking.  They were not really looking to buy.  Some just wanted to refinance, some had an agent and some said they told pipeline real estate they were not looking to buy and they just wanted a list but they sent me thier name any way.  The people were nice but the leads were not qualified buyers as promised or as I paid for.  When I called pipe line they said they would credit my accout but they woud not refund it.  So all I got was more unqualified leads sent to me..  Here is thier actual response. After trying to cancel several time and get my money back.  I just gave up and I think they figure most people do.  So I lost $600.  That is how they stay in business.  The 1 valid lead I got wanted a house for <$100,000 and I can get those leads all day long in New Orleans without paying for it.  I also told them when I signed up " I do not want leads for <$100,000.  That is not our market here nor the type of buyers I deal with.  Here is their response when I tried to cancel.

"You signed up for 6 leads and as of right now we have sent a total of 12 leads. You still have one lead remaining and a pending dispute. You are charged for the leads when they are sent to you but if you send them back and we accept it as a valid dispute we will not charge you for the next lead. We sent you an email showing the leads that we accepted or rejected and which were not returned. Also when you asked to be canceled on 9/30 we sent you another email stating you could cancel and receive your remaining balance of 97 or receive your last two leads which you can still do.
