I wanted to order white golden rings as wedding rings. Since we loved the idea of custom-made runic rings, we decided to order them from this company, which seemed quite ok. The email correspondence was prompt and friendly, but the contact person kept on inventing excuses for delayed delivery. Ok, I understand delays especially for custom-made work, but enough is enough.

The first delivery time promise was 3-5 weeks. We paid through PayPal. After the 5 weeks I naturally asked what the status of the delivery was, and got a kind explanation how there were difficulties in manufacturing the rings, or moving to a new home, etc. Now, several months later I don't get even replys anymore.

I have already reported this as a crime. We're talking about several hundreds of USD, and I don't intend to just accept the loss. I'm especially disappointed because this is our wedding rings - pretty emotional topic, as you can understand.

Finally we received the rings, after over 6 months of waiting. I could accept the delay but got pretty frustrated because of no communication from the seller. When the seller stops replying to emails and never picks up the phone, you start to feel like an idiot.

Anyway, I'm glad to say that we are very happy with the actual products, they are just the way we wished and even beyond that.

An update: finally the products have arrived and they're up to the description and very satisfactory. I'm just disappointed to the enormous delays + communication breaks but completely happy with the products. Mental note to self: next time when ordering anything custom made, negotiate to pay 50% in advance and 50% at the time of delivery...
