Even after multiple email requests to terminate my Internet Service Provider service, they continue to bill my credit card. They never respond to requests, won't verify cancellation. This is just like America Online.

If you need an ISP, avoid WEBPATHWAY.COM, they are CROOKS !!!

Quality went down

I was a WebPathway subscriber until early 2004 and I had the same thing as Samuel happen to me. I guess the company changed hands in 2003 and after that the quality of everything went down, tech support, connection quality etc. I canceled my service (after a lot of trouble) with the new company and got DSL.
