A new X-treme Scooters was purchased from online from Alpha Products Intl. During the shipping the scooter fairing was broken. I followed their process
by opening a ticket to make them aware of the damage.
A new part was sent out to replace the broken fairing. However, the process to replace this part would mean I would personally have to disconnect over 12 wires.
The tech support at Xtreme Scooters claims this is just a unplug and plug situation. It is not. Some of the wires go through holes in the fairing. the plugs are physically larger than the holes. This will jeopardize the functionality of the scooter and be potentially dangerous.
We paid for a new scooter. All I expect as a consumer is to have API replace the scooter at no additional cost to me.
