On June 26th, 2009, I placed an order for generic Phentermine online. I was told that my order would be reviewed by a physician and my 'script would be sent to a legitimate pharmacy, filled, and then mailed to me.

First, I paid for express shipping (3-6 days) and it took ten days.

But, two days after I placed the order, I realized that I had made a terrible mistake. This company had terrible reviews, so I called customer support to cancel my order. I told them I would not accept the package so that it could get sent back to them. They told me to accept the package and throw it away if I was unsatisfied. They could not refund me until I received the package. I called everyday, for a week, telling them that I wanted a refund, but they kept giving me excuses. I called my bank and canceled my card after my bank rep told me that the excused licensed-rx.com was giving me were lies. Refunds can be issued at any time.

I ended up accepting the package and, just as I expected, the medication was fake. The pills were packaged in blister packs with a sticker on the back from a company which doesn't exist; "Qualis Pharmaceuticals". The pills looked fine in the package, but once you got them out, (if you could get them out!) they crumbled. They tasted like chalk! I know what this medication tastes like; it is very bitter. Don't ask me why, I guess I was hoping that I didn't waste my money, but I took one. Nothing!

I called customer support two hours later, after I was sure the medication was ineffective, and they told me that I had to wait an additional ten days before being issued a refund. Something about waiting for the "estimated delivery time to expire". Even though I HAD MY PACKAGE, I had to wait for the estimated delivery time to expire?!

Copied from my email from their customer support: "The ETA for your order is therefore : 2009-07-01 to 2009-07-09"

I called ten times that day, crying, and once I asked them for the name of the pharmacy where they got my (fake) pills from so I could file a police report against them, they finally agreed to give me my refund that day. But, the refund, they told me, would take 14 BUSINESS DAYS to file! They told me that they had to file it with all these different departments, and that it really did take them 14 days to send the refund to my credit card company. Once the credit card company got it, it would take an additional 10 business days to issue a refund.

That was it. I went right down to the bank and started my official dispute. I called them one last time, telling them that my bank promised me my money back within four business days, trying to get them to be honest with me. They would not budge from their 14 day story.

They kept offering me a reshipment of name brand pills, in an effort to delay my filing the dispute with my credit card company. I hope no-one else falls for these evil people's lies! They try to get you to agree to a reship so that the grace period expires and you lose your money.

Do NOT order from ANY "Xanos Holdings" company. I ordered from"http://www.licensed-rx.com" but this site was owned by, "http://www.lion-rx.com". There are MANY others, but they are easy to spot because they all look the same. They sell FAKE medication and lies at a high price; don't be fooled!
