XBIDS.COM AUCTION SITE MISLEADING,LIARS,RIPP OFF Internet

Xbids.com is a ripp off, they took money off my debit card it is very misleading, u have to sign up to do anything on their site WHICH IS NO LONGER.

I called right after I got a text from my bank saying the money was deducted, called xbid only to get a recording n saying leav a message, the woman called me back said she would be refunded to my card WITHIN 30 days! Its been since Nov 2010. NOW u call and they direct you to their website , which doesn't exist and when it did u couldn't get to the help section to complain about a refund.

I have tried several times to contact them, I have no doctumation from them about a refund not even a claim #!

Fighting my bank on this, my claim has been denied because I was not provided with information , nor can I get any.

So the bank is telling me they won't refund my 75.00 which was wrongfully charged.

This company needs to be sued for misleading people.
